ZDFS was born in mid February 2009 while Artist RJ Palisoc, and Writer Tory Ireland Mell (ME) were working at Wonder Con, the sister convention to the Fantastical San Diego Comic Con. While hawking goods for Roddenberry at the con, RJ and I were talking about doing an AWESOME comic Strip, and that's when I came up with Zombie Deuce Fire Squad. I thought, wouldn't it be awesome to have two dudes who became zombies become a force for good in the world? Sure they kick all sorts of ass and turn people into Zombies in the process... But they are awesome... and they kill things... Any who... Enjoy ZDFS and look for new strips semi-regularly-ish...
